The Victorian Public Sector Commission is pleased to announce that Expressions of Interest are now open for the First Peoples Mentoring Program 2027 First Peoples mentoring program.
This nine-month program is designed to support First Peoples employees across the Victorian public sector to strengthen cultural connection, professional networks and career development.
It is delivered in partnership with Yimburu, a First Peoples-led consultancy specialising in leadership, coaching and organisational development.
Mentors and mentees are supported through culturally grounded training, regular check-ins and networking opportunities in a safe and respectful environment.
Expressions of Interest close on 27 November.
